摘  要:盐地碱蓬(Suaeda salsa)广泛分布于中国沿海湿地。2015年3月,在温室中,利用在天津市七里海湿地采集到的盐地碱蓬种子,在1 PSU和10 PSU盐度、0 cm和3 cm水淹深度以及小动物践踏(以用玻璃棒随机点触土壤表面来模拟)(干扰)或无干扰条件下,研究盐地碱蓬幼苗出土率和幼苗生长特点。研究结果表明,盐度和水淹深度对盐地碱蓬种子萌发无显著作用,而践踏对盐地碱蓬种子萌发、幼苗出土有显著的促进作用;相对于较低盐度,10 PSU盐度对盐地碱蓬的幼苗高度和根长有促进作用;而水淹深度的增加对盐地碱蓬幼苗高度和根长有抑制作用;践踏使盐地碱蓬幼苗显著变矮和根长缩短。Suaeda salsa is a kind of important species in the wetlands. It is widely distributed along the coastal line of China. Although there have been many studies examining the responses of Suaeda salsa to the stress of salinity and water-logging, no studies have explored the effects of the combined stresses of salinity, water-logging depth and trampling disturbance of small animals on rate of seed germination and seedling growth characters of Suaeda salsa. Under salinities(1 PSU and 10 PSU), water-logging depths(0 cm and 3 cm) and disturbance treatments(without and with trampling disturbance of small animals), the characteristics of seed germination and seedling growth of Suaeda salsa were studied. The results showed that salinity and water-logging depth had no significant effects on the seed germination percentage of Suaeda salsa, while the trampling disturbance promoted the seed germination percentage of Suaeda salsa. Compared to the salinity of 1 PSU, the salinity of 10 PSU had positive effects on seedling height and root length of Suaeda salsa, but increased water-logging depth and trampling disturbance both decreased seedling height and root length of Suaeda salsa.This study provided the scientific base data for better conservation and restoration of Suaeda salsa populations in Qilihai wetlands.
