摘 要:为更好地治理洪涝灾害,提高防洪工程管理水平,2011年沈阳市启动了水利无线图像监控系统非工程措施建设项目。该项目作为沈阳市防汛非工程措施与工程措施相结合的范例,在设计上采用前端监测站-中心控制站的架构形式,通过无线网络进行远距离图像传输与控制,具有极高的可操作性和现实意义。本文对该系统的设计原理进行了研究,并对其在防汛工作中的应用进行了总结,最后提出了可进一步提高系统功能的建设性意见,同时对系统的美好前景进行了展望。In 2011, Shenyang launched non-engineering measures construction project for wireless image monitoring system to better govern flood disaster and boost management level of flood control project. As a model combining non-engineering measures and engineering measures for flood prevention in Shenyang, it adopts the structural form of front-end monitoring station-central control station in designing. It conducts long-distance image transmission and controlling via wireless network and has high operability and pragmatic significance. This article carries out study on designing principle of the system. It sums up its application to the flood prevention work and ends by proposing suggestions for further boosting the system' s functions. At the same time, it raises prospects on the beautiful prospects of the system.
