摘 要:采用取向分布函数(ODF)法,研究了冷轧过程中等通道挤压法制备的超细晶纯铝的晶粒尺寸与形状对形变织构的影响。结果表明:形变量小于28%时,织构类型与挤压态相似,织构强度出现下降,当形变量大于64%时,织构类型以冷轧织构(B+R+D)为主,且随着形变量的增加,织构强度逐渐增加。与粗晶纯铝冷轧织构(B+S+C)相比,织构类型发生了一定偏离。随着晶粒尺寸的增加,织构强度增加。纤维状晶粒的织构强度高于等轴状晶粒。Orientation distribution function (ODF) was adopted to study the effects of grain size and grain shape on the texture evolution of ultrafine grain pure aluminum processed by equal channel angular pressing during cold roiling. And the results showed that when reductions are below 28%, texture component is the same as that of pressing state and the intensity of texture reduces; however, when reductions are above 64%, texture component is mainly cold roiling texture including B, R and D, and intensity increases when reductions get higher. Compared with coarse grain, the texture component is deviated from the ideal texture component: (B+S+ C). Meanwhile the intensity of texture rises when grain size increases. And the texture intensity of fibre grain is higher than that of equiaxed grain.
