摘 要:针对开关柜遇到恶劣环境等因素时绝缘强度会大大降低,影响系统的可靠运行的问题,通过研究开关柜母线室内部结构、不同种类的有机绝缘材料等,利用有限元方法建立开关柜母线室3D简要模型,研究开关柜母线室场强分布,提出母线关键部位改为绝缘母线的可能性。在考虑绝缘材料成本与绝缘效果的前提下,利用绝缘涂料对开关柜母线进行绝缘改造,为母线绝缘化提出解决方案。最终仿真结果表明,对高场强部位起到了有效的防护作用,经济性与可靠性俱佳,满足实际需求。Switchgears are extraordinary narrow inside and usually use bare bus bar. When confronted with bad factors such as harsh environment, its dielectric strength falls greatly, which affects the reliability of the power system. This paper get down to researching on the possibility of insulation transformation on the bus bar of switchgear. The paper built a simple 3D model of the bus bar chamber based on finite element method and utilized the insulation coating to transform the key parts of the bus bar, thus putting forward a switchgear bus bar insulation transformation solution. The proposed method is both good in economy and reliability and fit well in the actual application. The final result of the simulation turns out to be fine, and the insulation nmterial is very helpful in protecting the bus bar.
