摘　　要：以柴油发电机组转速控制器为研究对象,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的转速控制器检测系统。系统主要由工控机、软件系统和硬件电路等组成,通过对转速控制器各种参数、波形的采集、分析,实现了柴油机发电机组转速控制器的检查调整功能。试验证明,系统可靠性高、操作简便、可扩展性好,能对目前应用较多的各型转速控制器进行检测。Taking the diesel generator set speed controller as the research object, this paper designed a kind of detection system based on LabVIEW. The system is mainly composed of IPC, software system, hardware circuit etc, which realized the check and adjustment function of diesel generator set speed controller through data acquisition, analyses and storage of the various parameters and waveform. The test proves that the system has the characteristics of high reliability, simple operation and good expansibility, which can be applied to the widely used speed controller for detection.
