摘  要:目的:对左金丸血清药物化学进行初步研究,通过分析入血成分探讨左金丸在大鼠体内的药效物质基础。方法:通过比较左金丸水煎液、口服左金丸及单味生药大鼠血清和空白血清HPLC图谱,初步鉴定左金丸在大鼠血清中的移行成分。结果:口服左金丸水煎液后在大鼠血清中发现14个入血成分,其中5个为原型成分,9个为代谢产物。结论:该研究建立的方法可用于左金丸水煎液血清指纹图谱和药效物质基础研究。Objective To carry out a preliminary study on serum pharmacochemistry of Zuojin Pill and to further explore its pharmacoldynamic material basis through analyzing the constituents absorbed into blood. Methods The prototype components and metabolites in rat serum were identified through analysis and comparison of the HPLC fingerprints of Zuojin Pill, rat serum obtained after oral administration of zuojin Pill or single crude drug and blank serum. Results After rats were administered with Zuojin Pill, 14 transitional constituents in blood were detected, among which 9 were metabolites and 5 were prototype constituents. Conclusion The method established in this study can be used to research the serum fingerprint and material foundation of Zuojin Pill.
