摘  要:目的:观察秘制烧伤膏对大鼠浅Ⅱ度烧烫伤的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:建立经典大鼠浅Ⅱ度烧烫伤模型,将72只大鼠随机分成秘制烧伤膏组、京万红组和空白对照组,并分别于烧烫伤后1、2、3、7、14、21 d 6个时间点做描记称重法,以烧烫伤后2 d的创面面积作为烫伤面积计算各时间点创面愈合率;取烧烫伤后3 d大鼠背部创面全层皮肤,采用Western blot法测定白介素6(IL-6)、核因子κB(NF-κB)和Caspase-3的蛋白表达水平。结果:烧烫伤后3 d开始,秘制烧伤膏组、京万红组与空白对照组创面愈合率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或0.05),秘制烧伤膏组创面愈合率与京万红组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与京万红组、空白对照组比较,秘制烧伤膏组在烧烫伤后3 d时IL-6、NF-κB和Caspase-3蛋白表达水平均有较明显的降低(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠浅Ⅱ度烧烫伤后,秘制烧伤膏通过抑制炎症与凋亡水平来保护创面,促进创面愈合,且治疗效果优于京万红。Objective: To observe the effect of burn ointment on Ⅱ -degree shallow burn in rats and its mechanisms. Methods: The model of Ⅱ -degree shallow burn in rats was established. The rats were divided into burn ointment group, Jingwanhong group and the control group, 20 rats in each group. At 1, 2, 3, 7, 14, 21 d after burn, the back whole skin from the wound of rats were weighed, and the burn area at 2 d after burn was used to calculate the wound healins rate at different time points. The full-thickness skin wound at 3 d after burn were taken. The protein level of IL-6, NF-κB and Caspase-3 were measured by Western blot. Results: Compared with the control group, the wound healing rate significantly increased in burn ointment group and Jingwanhong group (P 〈 0.01 or 0.05) . The wound healing rate in burn ointment group was better than that in Jingwanhong group (P 〈 0.05) . Compared with Jingwanhong group and control group, the protein expression level of IL-6, NF-κB and Caspase-3 significantly decreased in burn ointment group (P〈0.05) . Conclusions: The burn ointment promotes wound healing by inhibiting inflammation and apoptosis after burn. And the effect of wound healing of burn ointment is better than Jingwanhong.
