摘　　要：青海三江源生态保护和建设工程自2005年实施以来,兴海县实施的三江源生态保护和建设工程一期项目工程现已全面建设完成。关于三江源生态保护和建设工程一期项目的实施成效进行研究和探讨,可对该项目的后期工程实施具有很好的指导意义。Since the implementation of ecological protection and construction project of Qinghai Sanjiangyuan in 2005, it has attracted much attention since the 18th National Congress of the CPC. The first phase of ecological protection and construction project of Sanjiangyuan has been completed, and the implementation of the first phase of the ecological protection and construction project of the Three Rivers Source needs further study and discussion.
