摘　　要：产后抑郁症是一种产后并发症,可直接或间接影响婴儿成长。合理的产后护理措施可帮助产妇度过产后抑郁阶段,积极心理治疗、知识普及,及定期随访等方式有助于改善产妇产后抑郁程度。Pastpartum depression, which directly and indirectly Effects the growth of infants, is oneof pastpartum complications. Reasonable pastpartum nursing would help patients smoothly pass the de- pression phrase. Positive psychological counseling, knowledge popularization, and regular follow-up can contribute to decreasing degree of pastartum depression.
