大学生宿舍文化建设与行为规范养成研究——以云南民族大学化学与环境学院为例

摘　　要：宿舍是学生学习生活的重要空间,是其成长发展的重要平台。大学生宿舍文化是校园文化的重要组成部分,加强宿舍文化建设是素质教育的内在要求。宿舍文化建设对学生道德观、人生观、价值观、法制观的形成起着至关重要的作用。本文结合云南民族大学化学与环境学院"自我教育、自我管理、自我服务"三自能力提升工程管理模式的工作实践,阐述宿舍文化建设在学生行为规范养成中的重要意义。Domlitory is an important space of students＇ study and life,and it is also an important platform for student＇s growth and development College students＇ dormitory culture is such an important composition of campus culture that strengthening the building of dormitory culture is an essential requirement of quality education. Dormitory cultural construction played a critical role in the formation of student＇s moral values,legal concept,outlook on life and values. Based on the work practice of the student self-administration models of ＂self-service,self-management and self-education＂ at school of chemistry and environment of Yunnan Minzu University,the significance of dormitory culture construction to the cultivation of students＇ daily behavior standards is described in this paper.
