法律视野下高校辅导员学生管理工作模式的创新

摘　　要：高校是大学生教育的最重要一环,高校辅导员一直走在高校学生管理工作的第一线。目前,我国高校学生管理普遍存在缺乏法律制度、管理不完善等问题,对学生的权利缺乏保护机制。要想规范高校辅导员的学生管理工作,就要从法律视野出发,推进辅导员工作模式的创新,树立辅导员的法律意识,完善高校学生管理的各项制度,使辅导员真正做到"想学生之所想,急学生之所急",实现依法治校。The nniversity is the most important part of college education,college counselors always go first in college students management. At present,the management of college students in China is lack of legal system,management not perfect,the lack of protection mechanism of the rights of students. In order to standardize the management of the students of university counselors,it will from the point of view of the law,to promote the innovation of the instructors＇ work mode,setting up the legal consciousness of counselors,improving the system of the management of university students,making the instructors really think students ＇ thinking,be anxious students＇ anxious,to realize the rule of taw.
