摘　　要：提高学生的创新、创造能力,是我国高校教育需积极探索的重要课题,系统工程是一个实践性很强的交叉性学科,我校从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价等方面成功应用行动导向教学法,培养学生的综合职业能力和关键能力,即专业能力、方法能力、个性能力和社会能力。To improve students＇ innovation and creativity is one of the most important subjects in the higher education of our country. System Engineering is a cross discipline with strong practicality. Action-oriented teaching method is applied successfully for the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and other aspects,which cultivates students＇ comprehensive professional ability and key ability,such as professional ability, methodology application,personality development and social ability and so on.
