摘 要:目的探究血液病患者采用血小板输注的临床疗效。方法选取于2014年8月~2016年2月来我院的血液病患者共100例,对所有患者进行血小板输注,分析血小板输注疗效与病因、体重、输注次数等因素之间的关系。结果不同病因导致的患者进行血小板输注临床效果不同且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中急性白血病患者共51例,25例有效;骨髓增生异常综合征共32例,25例有效;特发性血小板减少性紫癜共12例,10例有效;再生障碍性贫血共5例,2例有效。不同体重患者输注血小板有效率存在差异且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),51~60 kg组患者治疗有效率最高为87.5%,而<40 kg组患者有效率最低为37.5%。不同输注次数之间输注有效率有显著差异(P<0.05),次数越多有效率越低。结论血液病患者进行血小板输注应结合疾病原因和体重具体分析,并且减少输注次数,提高血小板利用率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of platelet transfusion in the patients with hematological dis- eases. Methods 100 patients with hematological diseases who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to February 2016 were selected. All patients were given platelet transfusion. The relationship between platelet transfusion efficacy and causes of disease, body weight, frequency of infusion and other factors was analyzed. Results The clinical effect of platelet transfusion induced by different causes of disease was different and the differences were significant(P〈0.05), including 51 cases of acute leukemia, with 25 cases effective; 32 cases of marrow hyperplasia syndrome, with 25 cases effective; 12 cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, with 10 cases effective; 5 cases of aplastic anemia, with 2 cases effective. There were significant differences in the efficiency of platelet transfusion in the patients with different body weights (P〈0.05). The highest effective rate in the 51-60 kg group of patients was 87.5%, and the lowest effective rate in the 〈40 kg group of patients was 37.5%. There was a significant difference in the efficiency of infusion between different infusions(P〈0.05), and the higher the frequency, the lower the effective rate. Conclusion Detailed analysis should be carried out for the platelet transfusion in the patients with hematological diseases based on the specific causes of disease and body weight, and the number of infusions should be reduced and platelet utilization rate should be im- proved.
