1例接种吸附无细胞百白破联合疫苗偶合原发肾病综合征的调查处理

摘　　要：2016年9月12日葫芦岛市中心医院龙湾院区接到1例接种吸附无细胞百白破联合疫苗后引起肾病综合征的疑似预防接种异常反应的报告。随即龙港区疾控中心即刻展开了流行病学诊断与研究,并邀请葫芦岛市异常反应诊断专家组进行系统的讨论与调查。2016年12月26日葫芦岛市预防接种异常反应调查诊断专家组对患儿疑似预防接种异常反应进行了会诊诊断。最终确诊:原发性肾病综合征,与预防接种吸附无细胞百白破联合疫苗无关联。On September 12, 2016, there was a report on the suspected vaccination abnormal reaction of nephrotic syndrome caused by inoculating diphtheria,tetanus and acellular pertussis combined vaccine in Longwan Hospital Dis- trict, Huludao City Central Hospital. Then Longgang District CDC immediately launched epidemiological diagnosis and research. And Huludao City investigation and diagnosis expert group of abnormal reaction to vaccination was invited to conduct systematic discussion and investigation. On December 26, 2016, the investigation and diagnosis expert group of abnormal reaction to vaccination in Huludao City conducted a consultation diagnosis for suspected abnormal reaction to vaccination. The final diagnosis was primary nephrotic syndrome, and it was not associated with inoculating diphtheria, tetanus and acellular pertussis combined vaccine.
