摘　　要：目的探讨品质管理圈在消毒供应中心护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1~12月实施品质管理圈前消毒供应中心工作质量作为对照组,2016年1~12月实施品质管理圈后消毒供应中心工作质量作为观察组,对实施品管圈活动前后消毒供应中心工作质量效果进行比较。结果品管圈活动后一次性无菌物品管理、器械包合格率和腔镜类器械清洗合格率等情况明显高于活动前,与活动前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动的开展提高了消毒供应中心的护理工作质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of quality control circle in nursing quality management of disinfection supply center. Methods The job quality of the disinfection supply center before implementing quality control circle from January to December 2015 was as the control group, and the job quality of the disinfection supply center after implementing quality control circle from January to December 2016 was chosen as the observation group. The job quality effect of the disinfection supply center was compared before and after the implementation of the quality control circle. Results The disposable sterile item management, the qualified rate of the instrument and the Endoscopic equipment cleaning pass rate after the quality management circle activity were significantly higher than those before the activity（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The development of quality control circle activity improves the quality of nursing work in disinfection supply centers and deserves clinical application.
