断轨式无基坑煤塔秤在4.3米焦炉的应用实践

摘　　要：为了满足国家最新颁发的环保标准——《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》GB16171-2012,公司决定对1988年建设投产的1#~4#焦炉(4.3米)进行装煤除尘改造。为了适应新型装煤车的运行要求,以及改善原有的深基坑煤塔秤计量方式对生产节奏的制约,我们将此处的装煤量计量设备改造成了断轨式无基坑煤塔秤。后续的实际运行效果验证了我们此次改造应用实践的可行性,为今后此类计量设备的技术改造提供了可靠的依据。order to meet the national environmental standards issued by the latest - the coking chemical industry pollutant discharge standard GB 16171-2012, the company decided to construction and put into production in 1988 of 1# ~ 4 # coke oven coal dust removal （4.3 m）.In order to meet the operation requirements of the new coal car, as well as to improve the original way of deep foundation pit coal tower scale measurement of production rhythm, we will be here for coal metering equipment into end rail type without foundation pit coal tower scale. Subsequent actual results verify the feasibility of the application practice we, for the future of this kind of measuring equipment technical reform provides a reliable basis.
