摘 要:形成性评价相对于传统评价更能客观反映教学效果,其在医学教学中越来越受到重视。通过在医学微生物学检验课程中构建形成性评价指标体系,在杭州医学院2013级医学检验技术专业学生中开展了形成性评价实践,同时结合传统评价模式,探讨了形成性评价的教学效果。初步实践表明形成性评价能够有效促进学生的理论知识、操作技能和综合能力的提升。本研究为进一步探索形成性评价模式在医学教学中的应用提供了借鉴。Compared with the traditional evaluation mode, the formative evaluation can reflect the teaching effect more objec- tively, and so it becomes more and more atlractive in the teaching of medicineconrses. Through the construction of formative as- sessment indicators in medical microbiology examination course, the formative evaluation teaching was carried out in the grade 2013 students from medical examination technology of Hangzhon Medical College. And combined with the traditional evaluation model, the teaching effect of formative evaluation was discussed. This study indicates that the formative assessment model can effectively improve the students' theoretical knowledge, operation skills and comprehensive ability. This study provides a refer- ence for the further exploration of the application of formative assessment model in medical teaching.
