摘 要:目的:探讨心理干预对临床医学本科实习生实习效果的影响。方法:选择2013年6月至20l4年6月的53名临床医学本科实习生作为对照组,2014年6月至2015年6月的57名临床本科实习生作为观察组。对照组采取一般带教管理,观察组心理健康干预与岗前教育同步,心理辅导贯穿于毕业实习全过程。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对2组实习生在实习初期和实习末期的心理状态进行调查。实习结束后考核实习生的理论和操作优良率。结果:2组在实习初期各症状因子评分无差异,实习末期观察组人际关系敏感、躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑因子评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组实习结束后理论考核及技能考核优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:合理的心理干预能够有效缓解临床医学实习生的各种心理压力,对实习效果有积极促进作用。[Objective] To explore the effect of psychological intervention on undergraduate clinical medical interns. [Method] A total of 53 undergraduates of clinical medicine were selected as the conlrol group from June to February 2001, and 57 clinical undergraduates from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the observation group. The control group was managed with gen- eral management of education, while the observation group was managed with mental health intervention and pre - education synchronization and psychological counseling penetrated the whole process of graduation practice. The Symptom Checklist (SCL - 90) was used to investigate the mental state of interns in the two groups in the initial period, the middle period and the end of the internship. At the end of the internship, the excellent rate of the theory and operation examination was evaluated. [Result] There were no significant difference of psychological problems between the two goups in the initial period of the internship. The scores of interpersonal sensitivity, somafization, obsessive - compulsive symptom, depression and anxiety factors were lower in the observation group than that of the control group during the later internship period ( P 〈 0.05) . The excellent rate of the theory and operation examination in the observation group were 87.72 % and 85.96 %, respectively. It was significantly higher than that in the control group at the end of the internship. [Conclusion] Reasonable psychological intervention can effectively alleviate the psychological status of clinical medical interns and the practice effect can significantly improved.
