摘　　要：喀什地区第一人民医院作为该地区三级甲等医院,负责喀什地区省级临床重点专科的建设与管理,制定专科建设与发展计划,并组织落实。临床重点专科必须加强人才队伍建设,积极开展技术创新。文章就我院临床重点专科建设中取得的一些经验进行分享,并提出一些办法和建议。The first people＇s Hospital of Kashi district is the three grade hospital in this area. It is responsible for the construction and management of provincial key clinical specialties in Kashi district, and plans for the construction and development of specialties. Clinical key disciplines must strengthen the construction of talent team, actively carry out technological innovation. In this paper, some of the experiences gained in the construction of the key clinical specialty in our hospital are shared, and some methods and suggestions are put forward.
