人文关怀在干部保健护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的对人文关怀在干部保健护理中的应用效果进行探讨。方法抽取我院保健科近年收治的88例干部患者,按照入院先后顺序进行分组,实验组与对照组各44例。对照组患者在住院期间予以常规护理,实验组患者在住院期间则加入人文关怀,对比在不同护理模式下,两组患者的身心舒适度及护理满意度。结果实验组患者的身心舒适度评分为(96.3±1.8)分,高于对照组的(87.5±3.1)分;实验组的护理满意度为97.73%(43/44),高于对照组的84.09%(37/44),P<0.05,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义。结论在保健科干部患者的临床护理中加入人文关怀,可有效提高患者的身心舒适度,还可改善护患关系,提高护理满意度。Objective To discuss the application effect of humanistic care in cadre health care. Methods 88 cases of cadres who were admitted to our hospital in recent years were divided into the experimental group and the reference group, each group had a total of 44 cases. The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing during hospitalization. The patients in the experimental group were added with humanistic care during hospitalization, and compared the two groups of patients with physical and mental comfort and nursing satisfaction. Results The experimental group of patients with physical and mental comfort score was （96.3±1.8）, was significantly higher than the reference group （87.5±3.1）. The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was 97.73% （43/44）, was higher than the control group 84.09%（37/44）, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant two sets of data. Conclusion Humanistic care in clinical nursing care of patients with cadres, can effectively improve the patient＇s physical and mental comfort, can also improve the relationship between nurses and patients, improve nursing satisfaction.
