摘　　要：目的探究康惠尔水胶体透明贴预防无创呼吸机压疮的护理效果。方法在2015年9月—2016年10月选取所在科室60例无创呼吸机通气所致面部压疮患者进行统计分析,采用随机抽签分类法将所有的患者分为对照组和观察组,每组实验样本为30例,对照组进行常规的护理干预,观察组给予患者康惠尔水胶体透明贴联合个性化护理干预,评估两组患者的满意度和护理效果。结果相对于对照组,观察组患者的满意度更高,P<0.05;相对于对照组,观察组患者的护理效果更好,P<0.05。结论给予无创呼吸机通气所致面部压疮患者康惠尔水胶体透明贴联合个性化护理干预,患者的护理满意度有所提高,心理状况改善较好,护理效果好。Objective To explore the nursing effect of Comfeel hydrocolloid transparent dressing in preventing pressure sores of noninvasive ventilator. Methods 60 cases of patients with facial pressure sores caused by noninvasive ventilator treated in department of respiratory from September 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random draw, 30 cases in each, with routine nursing intervention in control group, and Comfeel hydrocolloid transparent dressing combined with individualized nursing intervention in observation group, nursing results and satisfaction of patients were compared between two groups. Results The satisfaction of patients and nursing effect in observation group were higher compared with control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of Comfeel hydrocolloid transparent dressing combined with individualized nursing intervention to patients with facial pressure sores caused by noninvasive ventilator can improve nursing satisfaction of patients and psychological status with good nursing effect.
