康复训练路径在急性心肌梗死患者Ⅰ期康复训练中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析康复训练路径在急性心肌梗死患者I期康复训练中的应用效果。方法选取2014年4月—2015年10月在我科室进行诊治的100例急性心肌梗死患者,按照数字表法随机分为两组,每组各有50例,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组患者依照康复训练路径进行康复训练,比较两组患者并发症发生情况、出院时生活自理能力、恢复日常活动所需时间及住院时间。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者在生活自理能力方面比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者恢复日常活动所需时间及住院时间均优于对照组,各组间比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实施康复训练路径对于急性心肌梗死患者I期康复训练具有良好的临床效果。Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation training path in I rehabilitation training of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated in our department from April 2014 to October 2015, according to the digital table method, were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 50 patients. The control group received routine nursing measures. The patients in the observation group were trained according to the rehabilitation training path, compared the two groups of patients with complications, the ability to take care of themselves at the time of discharge, the time required for recovery of daily activities and the length of hospital stay. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0,01）, Two groups of patients in terms of self-care ability were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in the recovery of daily activities and hospitalization time, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The implementation of rehabilitation training path for patients with acute myocardial infarction I stage rehabilitation training has a good clinical effect.
