隐匿型冠心病的高频心电图诊断及应用价值探析

摘　　要：目的探索高频心电图对隐匿型冠心病的诊断及应用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2016年12月本院收治的冠心病患者158例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,比较两者之间特异度、敏感性及高频切迹总数。结果对照组常规心电图和实验组高频心电图比较发现,高频心电图对隐匿性心电图检测的敏感性(86.5%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高频心电图对隐匿性心电图检测的特异性(55.6%)与常规心电图(44.4%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组,高频心电图和常规心电图无论敏感度还是特异度上对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频心电图在诊断隐匿型冠心病时敏感性更好,但仍要结合实际病情选择多种诊断方式共同诊断。Objective To explore the high frequency electrocardiogram and application value to the diagnosis of virus infection aslar-pacific perspective coronary heart disease. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital 158 cases of coronary heart disease patients were divided into control group and experimental group, the comparison between two specific degrees, sensitivity and the total number of high frequency notch. Results The control group routine electrocardiogram and the experimental group of high frequency electrocardiogram is found, the high frequency electrocardiogram for occult detection sensitivity （86.5%） than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. High frequency electrocardiogram detection of occult specificity （55.6%） compared with conventional electrocardiogram （44.4%）, there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. The difference of sensitivity and specificity between the high frequency ECG and routine electrocardiogram in the control group was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion High frequency electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of virus infection aslar-pacific perspective of coronary heart disease when sensitivity is better, but still want to combine the actual condition choose multiple diagnostic methods common diagnosis.
