摘　　要：目的分析阿托伐他汀、曲美他嗪联合在冠心病心绞痛患者治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的130例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组实施阿托伐他汀、曲美他嗪联合治疗,对照组实施常规抗心绞痛药物治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为96.92%,高于对照组的86.15%(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛发作次数、每次疼痛持续时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀、曲美他嗪联合在冠心病心绞痛患者治疗中的价值显著。Objective To analyze the effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine, sibutramine in treatment of patients with angina of coronary heart disease in the application. Methods A total of 130 cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients in our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group received atorvastatin, sibutramine trimetazidine combined treatment, the control group received the routine anti angina drug treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.92%, higher than 86.15% in the control group （P〈0.05）; the observation group anginal attacks and every pain duration were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in sibutramine. The treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in patients with significant value.
