摘　　要：目的建立肿节风复方制剂中含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC的方法测定肿节风中的异嗪皮啶含量。结果异嗉皮啶在0.041 6~0.208 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;r=0.999 9,平均回收率100.58%,RSD为2.65%。结论所建立的HPLC方法稳定可靠,重现性好,阴性无干扰,适用于肿节风复方制剂的质量控制。Objective Establishment of method for determining content in sarcandra glabra compound prescription. Methods To determine isofraxidin content in whole plant of sarcandra glabra ompound prescription by high-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） Methods. Results Isofraxidin was linear in the range of 0.041 6 0.208 0 ~tg（r=0.999 9）. The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 100.58% and 2.65% respectively. Conclusion The established HPLC method is stable and reliable, reproducible, and has no interference. It is suitable for the quality control of sarcandra glabra compound prescription.
