摘　　要：目的研究分析小儿推拿配合针刺治疗痉挛型小儿脑性瘫痪的效果。方法选择本院2014年9月—2016年9月接收的痉挛型小儿脑性瘫痪患儿90例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组患儿采用常规康复训练方法,在对照组组基础上,采用小儿推拿配合针刺治疗观察组患儿,对比两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后,观察组患儿Ashworth痉挛评分低于对照组,Peabody粗大运动功能评分、治疗有效率高于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿配合针刺治疗痉挛型小儿脑性瘫痪的效果较好,能有效改善患儿的临床症状,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To study the combination effect of massage and acupuncture on pediatric spastic cerebral palsy patients. Methods The cohort consisted of 90 cases of pediatric spastic cerebral palsy patients （collected from September 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital）, who were randomly divided into two even groups （45 cases in both observation group and control group）. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training, in addition, the observation group was treated with routine rehabilitation while added massage and acupuncture treatment. Then the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had significant lower Ashworth scores compared with control group after treatment. Furthermore, compared with the treatment effect of control group, the observation group had significant higher Peabody development measure scales （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of massage with acupuncture on pediatric pespastic cerebral palsy has good effect which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of pediatric patients, and has certain clinical values.
