中西医结合治疗单纯性疱疹疗效观察的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗单纯性疱疹患者的临床效果。方法312例单纯性疱疹患者结合入院时间分为两组。对照组156例患者给予对症治疗,观察组156例患者给予对症治疗+口炎散+双黄连粉针剂治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者5 d内治愈率80.77%(126/156)、7 d内治愈率100%(156/156);对照组患者5 d内治愈率10.25%(46/156)、7 d内治愈率67.95%(106/156)。两组患者对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗单纯性疱疹患者效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on herpes simplex. Methods 312 patients with herpes simplex were divided into two groups according to the time of admission. The control group （156 cases） was given symptomatic treatment, the observation group （156 cases） received symptomatic treatment ＋ stomatitis powder ＋ shuanghuanglian powder injection, compared the treatment effect of the two groups. Results In the observation group, the 5 days＇ cure rate was 80.77% （126/156） in the treatment group, the 7 days＇ cure rate was 100% （156/156）. In the control group, the 5 days＇ cure rate was 10.25% （46/156）, the 7 days＇ cure rate was 67.95% （106/156）. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of herpes simplex patients with significant results.
