一对一全程陪产整体护理在分娩室的应用体会

摘　　要：目的一对一全程陪产整体护理在分娩室中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院自2016年3月—2017年3月收治的120例产妇作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,对照组采用常规助产护理,实验组实施一对一全程陪产整体护理,对比两组剖宫产、分娩时间、产后出血、新生儿窒息等指标。结果实验组在剖宫产、分娩时间、产后出血、新生儿窒息等指标上均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在分娩室中对产妇实施一对一全程陪产整体护理可显著提升助产质量,减少不良情况的发生。Objective One-on-one paternal all the whole nursing clinical value in the delivery room. Methods 120 cases of women who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the study objects, which were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine midwifery care, the experimental group was treated with one to one and the whole nursing. The cesarean section, delivery time, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia were compared between two groups. Results The experimental group during cesarean delivery, delivery time, postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia on indicators were significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the delivery room, the implementation of ＂one to one＂ and ＂holistic nursing＇ to the parturient can significantly improve the quality of midwifery and reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions.
