摘　　要：目的探究外伤性血胸用深静脉穿刺导管作胸腔闭式引流的应用及护理。方法采集我院2015年4月—2016年9月外伤性血胸患者144例资料,随机分组。普通组进行常规胸腔闭式引流护理;实验组用深静脉穿刺导管作胸腔闭式引流。比较两组患者引流护理满意度;平均住院时间、穿刺后疼痛评分、焦虑情绪评分;胸腔闭式引流不良事件发生率。结果实验组患者引流护理满意度高于普通组,P<0.05;实验组平均住院时间、穿刺后疼痛评分、焦虑情绪评分优于普通组,P<0.05;实验组胸腔闭式引流不良事件发生率低于普通组,P<0.05。结论外伤性血胸用深静脉穿刺导管作胸腔闭式引流的应用及护理效果确切。Objective To evaluate the effect and nursing of closed thoracic drainage with deep vein puncture catheter for traumatic hemothorax patients. Methods 144 patients with traumatic hemothorax admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to September 2016 were divided into control group and experimental group by method of random sampling, the control group was administered conventional thoracic closed drainage nursing, while the experimental group was administered thoracic close drainage with deep vein puncture catheters, the efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups were observed and compared. The average hospitalization time, postoperative puncture score, anxiety score, and the adverse incidence of closed thoracic drainage were observed and compared. Results The satisfaction rate of drainage nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. And the average hospital stay period, the pain scores and the anxiety scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Moreover, the adverse event rate was lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conelusion The treatment of deep vein puncture catheter for closed thoracic drainage in Traumatic hemothorax patients has exact application and nursing effect and worth promoting.
