高血压社区中医干预及生存质量评价的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价分析中医干预对社区高血压患者生存质量（QualityofLife，QOL）的影响效果。方法选择2015年2月至2016年3月期间东莞市望牛墩镇社区卫生服务中心高血压患者166例，按照数字表法随机分为两组，对照组83例给予基础干预：包括宣传教育，HP非药物疗法，纠正患者的不良生活饮食习惯，加强自我管理辅助降压的意识；观察组83例在对照组基础上进行中医综合干预，并比较两组临床效果。结果干预1年后，观察组SBP及DBP血压水平均显著低于对照组（分别t=5．024、4．762，均P〈0．05），观察组生存质量8个维度能评分均显著高于对照组（均P〈0．05），说明对高血压患者生存质量具有积极影响。结论对社区高血压患者在常规干预的基础上再实施中医干预，可以提高患者对高血压防控的意识及主动性，能够显著改善高血压患者的血压情况，有效改善患者的生存质量，值得在社区卫生服务机构大力推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of TCM intervention on quality of life （QOL） of hypertensive patients at community. Methods From February, 2015 to March, 2016, 166 hypertensive patients treated at Community Health Service Center of Wangniudun Town were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using digital table method, 83 for each group. The control group were given basic intervention, including propaganda and education, HP non-drug therapy, correcting the patients＇ poor livitig habits, and strengthening self-management for antihypertensive; in addition, the observation group were given TCM comprehensive intervention. The clinical effects were compared between these two groups. Results After one year of intervention, the SBP and DBP of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （t = 5.024,4.762, all P 〈0.05）; and the scores of the eight dimensions of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）, indicating that TCM intervention had a positive impact on quality of life in patients with hypertension. Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine intervention combining conventional intervention for hypertension at community can improve the awareness and initiative of hypertension prevention and control and the blood pressure and quality of life of patients with hypertension, so it is worth being generalized at community health service agencies.
