摘 要:CD_(26)/二肽基肽酶(DPP)Ⅳ在体内底物众多,执行多种重要的生物学功能;同时CD_(26)/DPPⅣ还是一种细胞膜受体和共刺激分子,参与机体的免疫调节、肿瘤侵袭、炎症反应、细胞凋亡和信号转导等多种病理生理过程。因此,有理由推测CD_(26)/DPPⅣ从多个方面直接或间接地参与自身免疫性疾病的发生、发展和治疗后的转归,是一重要的研究靶点。但截至目前,有关CD_(26)/DPPⅣ与自身免疫性疾病关系的研究尚少。CD26/dipeptidy1 peptidase(DPP) 1V has a variety of substrates in bodies, performing a variety of important biological functions. Meanwhile CD26/DPP1V is also a cell membrane receptor and co-stimulation, involved in the body's immunity,tumor invasion, inflammation, cell apoptosis, signal transduction and other pathophysiological processes. Therefore ,it is reasonable to presume that CD26/DPP1V directly or indirectly involves in the occurrence, development and prognosis of autoimmune diseases, which is an important study target, however, there are only few reports about the research in GD26/DPPIV and autoimmune diseases so far.
