摘 要:微RNA(miRNA)是参与转录后水平基因表达调节的内源性非编码核糖核酸,通过影响信号转导通路中各种关键组分的表达,参与不同生物过程的调控,其异常表达与疾病的发生、发展密切相关。miR-1具有肌肉特异性,其异常表达在心肌梗死、心肌肥大、心力衰竭和心律失常等心脏疾病,以及在肺癌、胃肠道、泌尿系统癌症和横纹肌肉瘤等恶性肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。因此,miR-1不仅可作为重要的生物标志物,还可能是心脏疾病和恶性肿瘤的潜在治疗目标。MieroRNA(miRNA) is endogenous non-coding RNAs involved in the regulation of post-transcriptional gene expression and various biological processes by affecting the expression of various key components of the signal transduction pathway. Abnormal expression of miRNA is closely related with disease occurrence and development, miR-1 is muscle-spe- cific and its aberrant expression plays an important role in the occurrence and development of myocardial infarction, cardiac hypertrophy, heart failure and arrhythmia, as well as lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancer,urinary system cancer, rhabdomyosarcoma and other malignant tumors. Therefore, miR-1 may not only serve as a new and important biomarker, but also may be a potential th.erapeutic target for heart disease and malignant neoplasms.
