摘  要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种多发病、常见病,其病死率位居世界前位。COPD患者因长期慢性缺氧、二氧化碳潴留,使得体内血细胞比容和纤维蛋白原增多、血液黏度增加,这加重了患者缺氧,从而导致并发症的发生率和病死率升高。血细胞比容和纤维蛋白原的改变影响着血液黏度,近几年对于改善COPD患者血液黏度已作出多重论证,且临床中尚有对COPD患者进行改善血液黏度的治疗,这对于病情好转起到了关键作用。在今后的临床治疗中,是否可把改善COPD患者血液黏度作为基础治疗方案,需进一步研究。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is a frequently-occurring and common disease, the fatality of which is among the world's top positions. Because of long-term chronic lack of oxygen and earbon dioxide retention ,hematocrit and fibrinogen in the body of COPD patients increase,which will lead the blood viscosity to increase, and aggravate the lack oxygen, and finally cause the complication and mortality rate to increase. The changes of hematocrit and fihrinogen affect the blood viscosity. In recent years, multiple arguments have been made for the improvement of blood viscosity of COPD patients. And there is clinical treatment of improving blood viscosity of COPD patients, which plays a key role in improving the condition of COPD patients. In the future clinical treatment, whether the improvement of the blood viscosity can be a basic treatment, still needs further studies.
