摘　　要：自体脂肪移植(AFG)因组织相容性好、取材方便、创伤小、有再生潜能等优点,除广泛应用于美容整形外,近年来还被用于治疗多种外科难治疾病。随着组织工程技术及细胞学、分子生物学的发展,AFG技术得到很大提高,外科医师尝试将其用于治疗其他外科手段难以解决的疑难病例,如难愈性溃疡、瘢痕、软组织不对称、术后疼痛等以及其他一些罕见外科难治疾病的尝试。其应用前景广阔,有待深入研究。Autologous fat grafting（AFG） is favorably used by clinical doctors in plastic, aesthetic,reconstructive sur- gery and some diseases for its good tissue compatibility, easy availability, minimal invasion, and regenerative potential. With the fast development of tissue engineering technology, cytology, molecular biology, AFG technique is highly developed. It is widely used in chronic nonhealing ulcer, reconstruction of challenging scar, soft tissue asymmetry, postoperative pain, and some other intractable deseases. We should make an in-depth study into its wide application prospect.
