摘 要:分别采用常规锻造、不同道次多向锻造对Ti14试样进行锻压试验,并进行力学性能和耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明,与常规锻造相比,6道次多向锻造试样的抗拉强度、屈服强度,以及室温耐磨损性能显著提高,但断后伸长率基本不变。从提高力学性能和耐磨损性能出发,Ti14试样的最佳锻造工艺为:6道次多向锻造。该研究将为钛合金机械零件的高性能锻造提供了新的思路和试验数据。Ti14 specimens were forged by traditional forging and multidirectional forging with different passes methods, respectively, and the testing and relative analyses of mechanical properties and wear resistance were carried out. Results show that compared to traditional forging, the tensile strength, yield strength, and wear resistance at room temperature of the parts processed by six - pass muhidirectional forging were significantly improved, but the percentage elongation after fracture remained nearly unchanged. From this perspective of enhancing mechanical properties and wear resistance, the optimal forging processes of Ti14 specimens are 6 -pass multidirectional forging. This study will provide novel thinking and experi- mental data for high - performance forging of titanium alloy mechanical parts.
