摘 要:设计一种奶牛饲喂送料系统,其主要由行走机构、料仓、搅拌装置、饲料输送装置、控制系统、射频识别装置等部件组成。阐述其工作原理及其关键零部件的设计,并对其进行三维仿真虚拟装配。所设计的系统可根据奶牛个体体况的不同而饲喂不同重量的TMR混合饲料。计算结果表明,其投料精度小于等于5%,投料效率可达240头/h。所设计的送料系统具有成本低、结构简单的特点,可以满足变量饲喂的使用要求,对小型个体奶牛养殖户实现节本增效具有重要的现实意义。Variable feeding system for dairy cattle was designed, which is consist of walking mechanism, silo, mixing device, convey- er, control system, radio frequency identification device and other components. The working principle and design of key components were described, and three-dimensional simulation virtual modeling was completed. Different weight of TMR mixed fodder can be sup- plied according to the different physical status of dairy cattle by this system. The calculation results show that feeding accuracy is less than or equal to 5 %, feeding efficiency is 240 cows per hour. This system has advantages of lower cost and simple structure, which can satisfy the requirements of variable feeding, and help the small individual dairy farmers save cost and increase benefit.
