摘　　要：目的:研究新疆芍药Paeonia anomala subsp.anomala根茎醋酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱方法进行分离纯化,结合波谱数据和化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从新疆芍药根茎的85%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部位中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为没食子酰基芍药苷(1)、白芍苷R1(2)、2,5-二羟基肉桂酸甲酯(3)、β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(4)、肉豆蔻酸甲酯(5)、常春藤皂苷元(6)、1,2,3,4,6-五没食子酰基葡萄糖(7)、芹菜素(8)。结论:化合物3为首次从芍药科植物中分离得到,除了化合物1和2外,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents in ethyl acetate extract from the rhizomes of Paeonia anomala subsp.anomala.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:These compounds were identified as galloylpaeoniflorin(1),albiflorin R1(2),2,5-dihydroxycinnamate(3),β-sitosterol palmitate(4),methyl myristate(5),hederagenin(6),1,2,3,4,6-pentagalloyl-β-D-glucose(7),apigenin(8).Conclusion:Compounds 3was isolated from the plants in family Paeoniaceae for the first time.Except for the compounds 1 and 2,other compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
