摘  要:对于框架结构的填充墙构造柱施工,传统工艺存在很多弊端,如连接性差、施工效率低、噪音大等。利用自密实混凝土的性能,设计了损耗小、能够实现重复利用的模板体系,并在其浇筑时采用泵送顶升工艺。由于自密实混凝土的高流动性,泵送顶升时对模板体系产生较大的冲击力,产生的模板侧压力高于传统工艺。通过数值模拟分析和监测分析,研究泵送顶升工艺下的模板侧压力,设计的模板体系安全可靠,泵送顶升工艺能够满足工程要求。应用于实际工程发现,混凝土成型密实,工程质量得到了保证,加快了施工速度,为填充墙构造柱施工开辟了一条新途径。There exist many shortcomings in the traditional process for the construction of constructional column with the frame structure of filled walls, such as poor connectivity, low construction efficiency, loud noise and so on. By using the properties of self - compacting concrete, reusable formwork system is designed and the con- struction process of tip - elevating pump - delivering self - compacting concrete is applied. Due to the high fluid- ity of the self - compacting concrete, the tip - elevating pump - delivering has a larger impact on the formwork system, and the formwork lateral pressure is larger than the traditional process. Through numerical simulation a- nalysis, monitoring analysis and researching on the formwork lateral pressure of the construction process of tip - elevating pump - delivering, and the designed formwork system is safe and reliable, tip - elevating pump - deliv- ering process can meet the engineering requirements. Through the actual engineering application, it is found that the tip - elevating pump - delivering can greatly improve the speed of construction, compact concrete, ensure the engineering quality, and open up a new way for the operation of constructional column in the filled walls.
