高压氧联合丹红注射液对高血压脑出血微创术后患者早期神经功能康复的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧联合丹红注射液对高血压脑出血(hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,HICH)微创术后患者早期神经功能康复的临床效果。方法将2015年1月至2016年6月上海中医药大学附属第七人民医院收治的89例HICH微创术后患者通过随机数表法分为三组,A组28例患者采用丹红注射液治疗,B组30例患者采用高压氧治疗,C组31例患者采用丹红注射液联合高压氧治疗,比较三组患者治疗后不同时间点血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平和临床疗效。结果治疗后第3、5、7、14、28天,三组患者血清CRP水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且C组患者CRP水平显著低于A组和B组(P<0.01)。C组患者治疗有效率显著高于A组和B组(P=0.01)。结论高压氧联合丹红注射液可以明显促进HICH微创术后患者早期神经功能的康复。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on the therapy of hyperbaric oxygen combined Danhong injection on patients＇ early nerve function rehabilitation after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage （HICH） minimally invasive surgery. Method 89 patients with HICH after minimally invasive surgery from January 2015 to June 2016 in Shanghai Seventh People＇s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into 3 groups, 28 cases in group A treated with Danhong injection, 30 cases in group B treated with hyperbaric oxygen, and 31 cases in group C treated with Danhong injection combined with hyperbaric oxygen, the levels of serum C-reactive protein （CRP） at different time points after treatment and the clinical curative effects among the three groups were compared. Result 3, 5, 7, 14, 28 days after treatment, the level of serum CRP of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, the level of serum CRP in group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B （P〈0.01）, and the effective rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and group B （P=0.01）. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with Danhong injection can significantly promote the early neurological rehabilitation of patients after HICH minimally invasive surgery.
