摘　　要：针对超高层建筑形式和功能的多样性,从视频监控系统、入侵报警系统、出入口管理系统、电子巡查管理系统、停车库管理系统、访客管理系统、电梯管理系统、紧急呼叫系统、防爆安全检查系统等方面分析超高层建筑安防系统,阐述了将安防系统与消防报警系统整合而面向突发事件的超高层应急指挥系统,当突发事件发生时,分析突发事件的类型和严重程度,调用相应的应急预案进行处置,尽可能减少人员伤亡和财产损失。Aiming at the diversity of super high-rise building forms and functions, this paper analyzed the security and protection system in aspects of video monitoring system, intrusion alarm system, entrance management system, electronic patrol management system, parking management system, visitor management system, elevator management system, emergency calling system, and security inspection system for anti-explosion. The emergency command system for super high-rise building was elaborated ,which integrated the security and protection system with the fire alarm system. When an emergency happens, the emergency command system analyzes the types and severity of the emergency, and selects the corresponding contingency plan, in order to reduce the life and property loss.
