摘　　要：结合商业地产项目,分析了安防系统解决方案的技术方案选择及构架。提出安防系统解决方案基于智能建筑综合管理平台,结合用户特殊的安防需求,实现对视频监控系统、出入口控制系统、停车诱导及反向寻车系统及客流统计系统等多个子系统的集中管理和统一管控。Combining by a commercial real estate project,this paper analyzed the technical scheme selection and framework of security system solution. It is pointed out that based on the integrated management platform, combining by the special security requirements of user, the security system solution of commercial real estate project can realize the integrated management and control of subsystems including video monitoring system, access control system, car parking guidance and reverse searching system, and passengers flow statistical system.
