摘 要:为推进工业物联网实践教学的建设,在机电一体化实训设备的基础上,开发了基于ZigBee无线通信技术的工业物联网实训方案。该实训方案以Micro FMS50柔性制造系统为基础,以点对点和点对多点硬件网络为载体,使学生通过典型案例的实验,掌握工业物联网构建的基本技能与应用技巧,适用于工厂自动化制造与运输领域。针对培养工业物联网应用型技术人才,实训方案涉及无线通信技术、单片机技术、可编程控制器技术、气动控制技术与电气控制技术等知识。通过实践研究,证实该实训方案使实验具有更大程度上的拓展性,为学生的进一步创新设计提供了一个开放的实验平台。In order to promote the practicum teaching of industrial Internet of Things, an experimental scheme based on ZigBee wireless communication technology is designed by utilizing the experimental equipments of meehatronics technology. The scheme organizes the networks of point to point and point to multi-point based on the flexible manufacturing system of Micro FMSS0. The students can study the organizing skill and use technique of industrial Internet of Things by the typical experiments which are suitable for automatic manufacture and transport in factory. Aimed to train the technologist for industrial Internet of Things, the experiment scheme involves the knowledge of wireless communication, singleehip, PLC, pneumatic control, electric control and so on. By teaching study, it verifies that the experimental scheme is easy for widening. It provides an experimental field which opens to students for innovative design further.
