摘　　要：实验室安全和管理是科研实验室运行的基本保障,是科研院所和大学实验室建设的核心环节。生物安全是实验室安全管理重点之一,特别是分子生物学实验室安全是安全管理的核心内容。针对生物学实验室安全管理中普遍存在的问题,以实验技术应用、实验仪器和试剂管理、生物安全培训等方面的实践经验为样本,系统分析分子生物学实验室的安全管理模式,提出从硬件建设和软件支持建立完善的分子生物学实验室安全管理体系,期望能够为高校的相关教学和科研提供建设性建议和保障性服务。The laboratory safety management is a basic guarantee and key link for the laboratory construction in scientific research institutes and universities. Biological safety is the core of laboratory＇ s safety management, especially the molecular biology laboratory safety management. Herein we presented suitable solutions for the biosafety management of molecular biological laboratories from the parts of facilities and software supports, according to the characteristics of molecular biological experiments, professional equipment and reagents.
