摘 要:净水厂在生产中会产生一定量的高浓度污泥,污泥是否能有效排放对正常生产运行有重要的影响。某水厂原污泥浓缩池由于虹吸排泥不能有效适应高浓度污泥排放要求,故在改造方案中选择了无水下机泵设备的气提排泥系统,较灵活地实现多管独立排泥功能,同时消除了泥斗的污泥板结现象,改造工程简便,运行效果良好,维护工作量较小,达到了改造工程的目标。A certain amount of high concentration sludge is generated during the water purifica- tion process in water treatment plants. Its effective discharge has an important impact on the nor- mal operation of the plants. In a water treatment plant, the original siphon sludge discharge device of the sludge thickener cannot meet the requirement for effective discharge of high concentration sludge. Therefore, a gas stripping sludge discharge system without any underwater pumps & e- quipment was selected in the retrofit. The system achieved flexible and independent multi-tube sludge discharge function, while eliminating the sludge compaction problem in the hopper. The system was simple with good operational performance and little maintenance, and met all the goals of the retrofit project.
