摘 要:为了解决环境的压力,对使用后的暖贴进行废物处理。通过对暖贴进行预处理,制备聚硅酸铁镁锌(PSFMZ)混凝剂,采用正交及响应面试验优化混凝剂制备条件,确定n(M)/n(Si)=4,聚合pH为1.45,聚合温度为40℃,聚合时间为35min。配置模拟腐殖酸废水,测试混凝剂性能,在最佳投加量0.3mol/L时,余浊为0.913NTU,色度去除率为99.2%,UV_(254)去除率为81%,混凝剂对原水pH有很大的适用范围,在沉降15min后去除效果基本趋于平缓,通过三维荧光光谱能直观看出混凝过程中对荧光类腐殖酸去除效果良好。通过扫描电镜及红外光谱体现混凝剂的形貌特征并解释混凝作用。In order to solve the environmental pressure, warm pads would be carried out waste treatment. Preparation of coagulant poly ferric silicate magnesium zinc (PSFMZ) by used warm pads. To use optimization of preparation conditions of coagulant by orthogonal and response surface experiment, and the preparation conditions is n(M)/n(Si) = 4, the polymerization pH is 1.45, the polymerization temperature is 40 ℃ and the polymerization time is 35 min. To test the coagulant performance by configuration of simulated wastewater humic acid, The optimal dosage of 0.3 mol/L, the residual turbidity is 0. 913 NTU, the removal rate of chroma is 99.2%, the removal rate of UV2s4 was 81%. The pH value that ram water had little effect on coagulation effect of coagulant, the removal efficiency of 15 min after settling time is almost flat, and we can directly see that the removal efficiency of humic substances in the coagulation process was good using three dimensional fluorescence spectrum. Scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrum showed the morphology characteristics of the coagulant and explained the effect of coagulation.
