摘  要:针对某染料厂渗坑塘的废水具有成分复杂、盐含量高、可生化性差、有机物含量高、具有生物毒性等特点,采用预处理+催化氧化+强化微生物作用+连续活性碳吸附再生+碟管式反渗透膜+机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)+碳滤塔组合工艺处理渗坑废水。实际运行结果表明,出水水质达到GB 3838-2002的V类水体水质标准,出水回用于景观水体;渗坑底泥采用回转式烘干机干燥+热解技术处理,底泥处理后达到GB 5085.3-2007中相关指标的浸出毒性鉴别标准,坑塘底泥达到无害化处理后回填渗坑。The wastewater from dye production in soakaway is characterized by complicated composition, high salinity, poor biodegradability, high content of organics, biological toxicity and so on. Pretreatment + catalytic oxidation + enhanced microbial action + continuous adsorption of activated carbon regeneration+disc tube reverse osmosis membranes+mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) + activated carbon filter combined process was used to treat wastewater in soakaway. The results of practice showed that the effluent water quality could stably meet water quality standard of V class GB 8978-- 1996 and effluent water was reused in landscape water. Rotary dryer drying and pyrolysis technology were used for sediment sink processing. After treatment, the extraction toxicity of bottom sludge could reach identification criteria of the relevant indicators of GB5085.3--2007. After harmless treatment bottom sludge was backfilling soakaway.
