摘 要:采用厌氧流化床旋转膜生物反应器(AFRMBR)中试装置,考察温度对其处理城市污水过程中反应器运行及微生物群落的影响。结果表明,膜出水COD保持在50 mg/L左右,COD去除率可达90%以上,温度变化对整体COD去除率无明显影响。温度在30℃以上时,产气量达到0.2 L/g,温度降低,产气量随之减少至0.04 L/g。膜污染过程表现出显著的三阶段污染模式。温度对污泥混合液中溶解性微生物代谢产物(SMP)的影响较大,温度降低,SMP含量升高。主要产甲烷微生物,如甲烷鬃毛菌属和甲烷杆菌属在温度30℃以上时相对丰度较高,产气效果较好。The effect of temperature on the pilot-scale anaerobic fluidized bed-rotating membrane bioreactor (AFRMBR) operation in muiaicipal waste-water treatment process and microbial community were researched. The results showed that the membrane effluent COD maintained around 50 mg/L and removal rate could reach 90%, and the change of temperature had little effect on COD removal. Biogas production rate reached 0.2 L/g when temperature was above 30℃, then gradually decreased to 0.04 Leg with temperature decreasing to 15℃. The three-stage membrane fouling process was observed. During the operation, the change of temperature significantly affected on the content of soluble microbial products (SMP), that is, the content of SMP was increasing with the decreasing of temperature. The results indicated that the relative abundance ofmethanogenie microorganisms was high, like Methanosaeta and Methanobacterium when temperature was above 30 ℃, so the biogas production was better.
