摘 要:采样分析昆明某工业园区造纸废水出水水质,污染物浓度较高COD和BOD_5分别为5 610 mg/L及3 270mg/L,BOD_5/COD约为0.55。利用OUR小实验对造纸废水生化性进行分析,可降解性有机物和不可降解有机物分别平均约为90%和10%。废水经过生化处理后不能达GB 18918-2002一级A标,故进一步利用臭氧、活性炭及DF膜进行深度处理实验,结果显示臭氧对COD的去除效果较低平均约为13.7%,说明生化处理后80%以上的COD不可降解,臭氧对色度去除效果较好。DF膜对COD和TP去除率分别大于80%及85%,出水稳定达一级A标准。活性炭对COD、TP和SS的去除率分别约53.58%、48.8%和67%,当出水污染物浓度及水量波动较大时容易出现超标。同时,分析两种深度处理工艺的成本得出DF膜约为活性炭吸附的2.1倍。Sampling and analyzing papermaking wastewater effluent quality in an industrial park in Kunming,the concentration of COD and BOD was about 5 610 mg/L and 3 270 mg/L, and BOD5/COD was about 0.55. The biodegradability ofpapermaking wastewater was analyzed with OUR small experiment, and the results showed that the average of biodegradable organics and non-biodegradable organics were about 90% and 10%. The water quality could not re, ach the 'urban sewage treatment plant emission standards' level A first class standard GB18918-2002 after biological treatment, so ozone, activated carbon and membrane DF were further used for advanced treatment test, the results showed that the average COD removal rate by ozone was about 13.7%, and indicated that more than 80% of organics was non-degradable COD after biological treatment, ozone had good effect to chroma removal. COD and TP removal rates were greater than 80% and 85% respectively and water quality could stably meet 'urban sewage treatment plant emission standards' level A first class standard GB 18918-2002 after DF membrane treatment. The removal rate of COD, TP and SS was about 53.58%, 48.8% and 67% respectively after activated carbon treatment, while had a risk of exceeding standard when the effluent concentration of pollutants and water fluctuations. The costs of two kinds of adVanced treatment process were analyzed and found that DF membrane treatment cost was about 2.1 times compared to the activated carbon adsorption.
