摘 要:针对抛光废水因水质复杂、COD高、生化性差和处理成本高等特点,采用减压蒸馏法对抛光废水进行处理,探索消泡剂投加量对抛光废水消泡效果影响。结果表明:投加量1.0 g/L的消泡剂对抛光废水消泡效果明显;温度与真空度越高,馏液COD越大,选择温度为90℃、真空度为80 k Pa为较好蒸馏条件;馏液COD随着p H增大逐渐减小,p H为8时蒸馏效果较好,此时COD为285 mg/L;馏液COD随着浓缩比增大先减小再增大,以90%为浓缩体积比为宜;减压蒸馏初期与末期馏液COD较高,中期较低。减压蒸馏法在处理抛光废水方面具有投药量少、工序简单、成本低、无二次污染等优势。Polishing wastewater has complex water quality, high COD, poor biochemical characteristics and high treatment cost, etc. The polishing waste- water was treated by vacuum distillation. The results showed that, 1.0 g/L defoamer dosage had the most obvious effect on polishing wastewater defoaming efficiency; the higher the temperature and vacuum degree, the higher the distillate COD concentration, when temperature was 90 "C and vacuum degree was 80 kPa, the distillation condition was good. Distillate COD decreases with the pH increasing. When pH was 8, it is good for distillation, and COD was 285 mg/L; distillate COD decreases at first and then increases with the concentration ratio increasing, of which 90% concentration ratio was appropriate; distillate COD was high in the beginning and the end, but in the middle of the process was low. Vacuum distillation method has less dosage, simple process, low cost, no secondary pollution ere advantages for polishing wastewater treatment.
