摘 要:针对农村生活污水分散不易集中处理的特点,设计专用净化槽设备,将前期静态实验数据应用于净化槽中试中,通过研究进水pH、极板电压、极板间距、曝气量及电解时间等工艺参数对除磷的影响,并通过正交实验得到最佳工艺参数。中试结果表明,在污水进水p H=7.5、电压11 V、极板间距2 cm、曝气量0.8 m^3/(m^3·min)以及电解时间为60min的条件下,最终TP去除率达到97.8%,出水达到国家污水出水标准,对后续将电解除磷工艺应用于微生物一体式净化槽研究具有十分重要的意义。The special purification tank equipment was designed to solve the problem of rural domestic sewage treatment which is distributed and hard to concentrate.The data of previous static experiment was applied in pilot scale testof purification tank. The effects of technological parameters such as influent pH, voltage and distance of plate, aeration rate and hydraulic retention time on phosphorus removal were researched, and the optimal technological parameters were obtained through orthogonal experiment. The experiment results showed that when the treatment conditions were as follow: the pH of sewage influent, platevoltage, plate distance, aeration rate and electrolysis time were 7.5, 11 V, 2 era, 0.8 m3/(m^3·min) and 60 min respectively, the total phosphors removing efficiency could reach 97.8%. The effluent could meet the national effluent discharge standard. This study has great significance for the phosphorous removal which was applied to study the microbial integrated purification tank.
